Our Story
From a Garage Workshop to Australia's Trusted Sports Hub
Vividmemory was born in 2008 when two university teammates, Jack Thompson and Liam Carter, grew frustrated with the lack of professionally fitted sporting equipment in Melbourne. What began as a small repurposed garage in the western suburbs is now a fully fledged retail and sports science centre at 833 Collins St, Docklands, serving athletes from every state and territory.
2008
The Foundation
Jack and Liam begin selling premium cricket and running equipment from a repurposed garage in Sunshine West, Melbourne, driven by a passion for helping local athletes compete at their best.
2013
The Docklands Move
Relocated to 833 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008, establishing a dedicated retail floor, a specialised footwear fitting lab, and a workshop capable of servicing elite and amateur athletes alike.
2018
Performance Analysis Division
Launched our sports performance analysis division, using biomechanics, high-speed video capture and gait analysis to help athletes fine-tune technique with scientific precision.
2022
National Partnerships
Partnered with national rugby league, cricket and netball clubs across Australia, becoming a trusted supplier of equipment, footwear and performance analysis services for professional teams.
