Yes! We provide a 10% discount on all services and retail products for full-time students and athletes under 18. Just present a valid student ID or proof of age at your appointment or in-store.

You can reschedule any appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we offer a full credit to be used for another service. For unused sessions, full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. For more details, please review our Refund Policy.

Absolutely! Gift vouchers are available for any of our service packages or add-ons. They can be purchased in-store at our Docklands location or via the contact form, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

No hidden fees. The Pro Performance Bundle and the standalone Performance Analysis include the full report and a 40–60 minute session. Add-ons like Advanced Video Analysis are optional and clearly priced at $49, so you'll always know exactly what you're paying for.
